PVF Scaffolding are looking for a Sales Administrator for their Sales Management Team. This role is pivotal in our organisation as you are usually the first person clients will speak to. Our Sales team need someone who has accuracy and an eye for detail, a professional and confident telephone manner, and a good sense of humour! Everything else we can provide training for.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring all quotations are delivered with the correct costings, are accurate to the client’s requirements and returned in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for ensuring the quote and sales workflow is followed every time.
  • Responsible for supporting other members of the Sales Management Team.
  • Responsible for escalating issues to the Sales Manager or other members of the Senior Management team as appropriate.
  • Responsible for assisting the wider organisation pertaining to price and technical guidance.

Duties

  • To act as a first point of contact for prospective clients/customers.
  • To support the onward objectives of the company and Sales Management department.
  • On occasion provide advice to the client where necessary on scaffolding specifications to suit their work.
  • To aid the operations team with taking phone calls from network partners and clients regarding technical issues either pre-construction, during or after. (Training to be provided).
