This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of our project lifecycle—from the initial enquiry to the final handover. The Role
You will balance technical accuracy with high-level coordination. Your mission is to ensure our quotations are competitive and accurate, while keeping project documentation seamless, delivering projects end to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Estimating & Pricing: Interpret client drawings and specifications to build robust costings and formal quotations.
- Supply Chain Liaison: Request and evaluate supplier/subcontractor pricing, ensuring a clear audit trail of what’s included.
- Project Coordination: Facilitate the smooth handover of won bids to the delivery teams, ensuring no detail is lost in translation.
- Commercial Admin: Track variations and 'scope creep,' update internal rate cards, and maintain our CRM/estimating databases.
- Bid Support: Assist in the preparation of formal tender submissions and document control.
