With the introduction of this pivotal role, as Head of Digital & Client Solutions you will expand Puzzler\’s B2B & B2C digital proposition, transforming it into a scalable growth engine that delivers client value through insight, innovation, and seamless product experiences and digital solutions. You will shape the B2B & B2C strategy and build meaningful offerings to enterprise clients, accelerating new product and strategic partnership opportunities in which data and insights are leveraged to enhance client engagement.

You will sit at the heart of the proposition, shaping requirements, influencing direction, driving client engagement, and supporting go-to-market efforts as a key individual contributor. You\’ll collaborate closely across cross-functional teams spanning technology, product, sales, and editorial, while also representing Puzzler externally at industry events and with clients, both domestically and globally.

ROLE PURPOSE

Lead vision and strategy for the B2B & B2C digital proposition from Puzzler — transforming the business from a puzzle content and solutions provider into a scalable,
data-driven engagement solutions leader
. Key will be the delivery of driving accelerated revenue growth domestically and globally via client value creation – supported by Data Insights and robust roadmap delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

B2B & B2C Strategy & Market Development

  • Own and deliver the annual B2B & B2C strategy, aligned with growth ambitions
  • Define a tiered client solution offering, spanning self-serve platforms through to enterprise partnerships
  • Refine product-market fit for key client segments: publishers, platforms, and syndication partners
  • Lead the identification and pursuit of new client and partner opportunities in the UK and international markets
  • Translate market trends and client needs into actionable digital solutions

Partnership Development

  • Support the management of strategic partnerships where appropriate, driving cross-functional delivery to deliver long-term value
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring Puzzler stays ahead of industry and consumer trends
  • Work cross-functionally to support editorial, design, and tech teams to formalise an innovation pipeline, rapidly test and validate new puzzle formats, and embed client feedback loops

Go-To-Market & Client Engagement

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to redesign B2B & B2C assets and establish Puzzler\’s positioning as a strategic engagement partner
  • In conjunction with the marketing team,
    build visibility for Puzzler across B2B channels
  • LinkedIn presence, thought leadership, and targeted event participation
  • Act as the
    voice of the client
    in product development, ensuring solutions are market-ready and commercially impactful

Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment

  • Drive collaboration across tech, product, sales, and editorial to deliver unified solutions
  • Introduce centralised documentation, KPI tracking, and reporting to align efforts and measure impact

WHAT YOU\’LL BRING

Experience & Background

  • Experienced digital leader within media/engagement technology businesses
  • Familiarity with publisher/subscription ecosystems
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams spanning tech, product, commercial, and innovation

Skills & Attributes

  • Strategic yet execution-minded – equally confident shaping vision and getting into delivery detail
  • A strong communicator and client storyteller with the ability to inspire stakeholders
  • Commercially savvy, with an understanding of value-based pricing models and client ROI
  • Skilled in leveraging data insights to inform strategy and drive decision-making for clients, translating complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Passion for puzzles, media, consumer engagement, and emerging technologies is highly desirable

This is a full-time, permanent position working 35 hours per week. The role is hybrid (predominantly home-based). Your contractual office will be the DC Thomson London office. We offer a generous package including 34 days paid holiday in each year (which is inclusive of bank holidays), health cash plan, excellent pension, a competitive salary, and many more staff discounts and benefits.
