Puttshack is an upscale, tech-infused mini golf experience that appeals to everyone. We provide a fun and inclusive experience for our guests, from children’s parties during the daytime to date nights and group parties in the evening. We offer the highest standards of hospitality and welcome to all of our guests.
Responsibilities
- As a Floor Supervisor you will be responsible to manage and train the Floor Waiters.
- You will ensure the Floor Waiters have a good understanding of the food and beverage menus, and can articulate this in a warm and welcoming way to our guests.
- You will be the first point of escalation should any issues arise.
- Manual Handling duty required
