About Puttshack: We’re redefining mini golf into an extraordinary, tech-driven social experience — where great food, drinks, and unforgettable moments come together to create memory-making fun. We believe play is for everyone, shared moments matter most, and while our technology powers the experience, it’s the energy of our people that brings it to life.

About The Role: You’ll be at the heart of our events — helping turn bookings into unforgettable experiences from the planning stage right through to the day itself. Working closely with our guests and venue teams, you’ll coordinate everything from food and drink pre-orders to event spaces, timings and special requests, making sure every detail comes together seamlessly. No two events are the same, and you’ll need to be organised, proactive and ready to think on your feet to make sure every group has an experience they can’t wait to come back for.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be a key point of contact for event bookers, building great relationships from planning through to delivery.
  • Coordinate food and drink pre-orders, confidently recommending and upselling products to create the best guest experience.
  • Plan the logistics of events including parties, meetings, conferences, private room bookings and exclusive venue hires.
  • Work closely with our kitchen, bar and venue teams to make sure everyone has the information they need ahead of each event.
  • Prepare event spaces and coordinate event setups to ensure everything is ready to a high standard.
  • Greet and brief event bookers on arrival and help oversee their experience on the day.
  • Support basic AV setup including microphones, projectors, lighting and sound — full training provided.
  • Coordinate special requests and external suppliers where required.
  • Input event pre-orders accurately through our till systems.
  • Help manage event equipment and stock, making sure everything is organised, available and ready to use.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for events and hospitality, always owning the fun.
  • Great people skills and confidence communicating with guests, event bookers and venue teams while caring deeply.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple events, priorities and details at the same time.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet and stay calm when plans change.
  • A team player who brings their A game and works closely with different departments to create shared moments.
  • Confident using computers and systems to organise bookings, pre-orders and event information.
  • Previous hospitality experience, with experience in events, event planning or project coordination preferred.
  • Reliable, positive and ready to lead the way in delivering memorable events.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when our events are happening.

Benefits:

  • Free golf + 50% off food & drink.
  • Free meal on shift.
  • Wagestream (access pay early).
  • Medicash health benefits and lots of discounts.
  • Referral bonus (up to £500).
  • Training, development & progression opportunities.
  • Fun team socials, competitions and incentives.

Diversity makes our team stronger, and we’re committed to creating an inclusive, fair workplace where everyone can thrive.
