The Duty Manager will be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of Venue Operations. Help to train & upskill other managers, and act as a senior point of escalation. Be on hand to support associates and deal with issues, proactively motivating & leading the team to achieve excellent sales performance and maximize venue revenue & profitability. Ensure associates deliver excellent Guest service, create a unique experience for guests that encourages repeat visits; maintain positivity, loyalty, and pride as a Puttshack ambassador.
Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience in hospitality is required.
