Your Role: Bringing Our Signature Steps of Service to Life!
- Wave & Welcome: Deliver a warm, vibrant, and memorable welcome and farewell — setting the tone for an exceptional visit.
- Advise & Be Wise: Confidently guide guests through the Puttshack experience, sharing information & upselling on food & beverage offerings.
- Create & Conquer: Bring energy onto the course — engaging with players, reading the room, and ensuring every group is having an incredible time.
- Serve & Sell: Take food and drink orders with personality and professionalism. Maximise sales by recommending products that elevate the guest experience, especially beverages on the course.
- Wave & Wish Well: Leave guests with a lasting positive impression, ending their visit on a high note that inspires them to return.
