As a Host Supervisor you will be responsible to manage and train the Hosts who are the first point of contact in the venue. You will ensure the Hosts understand how the venue works, and can articulate this in a warm and welcoming way to our guests. You will also be the first point of escalation should any issues arise.
Qualifications and Experience: At least one year experience is required.
