Take ownership of the processes that keep a growing golf brand running. We’re PuttOUT – an innovation-led golf brand known for well-designed, high-quality training products used by golfers around the world. We’re looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day processes that keep our business running across wholesale, ecommerce and customer support. This is a hands‑on role at the centre of the business. You will work across orders, fulfilment, customer enquiries and systems, gaining a clear view of how products move from factory to warehouse to customer, and how decisions are made along the way.
For someone early in their career, it is a strong foundation in how a consumer products business operates in practice. For someone who genuinely loves golf, it is also a rare opportunity to work inside a golf equipment brand – supporting golfers and golf retailers directly.
What you’ll do:- Manage wholesale orders end‑to‑end, from PO through to dispatch.
- Coordinate with warehouses to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
- Support customers via our helpdesk, resolving enquiries and issues efficiently.
- Help run our ecommerce channels (website and Amazon), including monitoring messages and reviews.
- Maintain accurate records across orders, returns and product issues.
- Document processes and contribute to improving systems and workflows.
- 1‑3 years of work experience (including internships and part‑time roles).
- Strong attention to detail and organisation.
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Confidence using computers and web‑based systems.
- A genuine passion for golf – ideally as a regular player.
- The right to live and work in the UK.
You will be working at the centre of a growing business, with real responsibility from day one. This role offers broad exposure across ecommerce, wholesale, logistics and customer experience, and clear scope to take on more ownership over time. We are a small, focused team that values initiative and attention to detail. You will learn quickly, contribute directly to how we operate, and play a meaningful role in supporting a brand used by golfers worldwide.
