An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our warm, thriving English department delivering a rich curriculum to bright, committed pupils. We are looking to recruit a teacher who can bring energy, enthusiasm and dedication to the role.

The English Department at Putney High School plays a vital role in our academic community, promoting a deep love of literature and an appreciation for both written and spoken expression amongst students and, indeed, staff. As a team, they are collaborative, friendly, and unashamedly intellectual. Drawing on a range of specialisms, the team is united by their unswerving commitment to supporting pupils to make outstanding progress and to fostering amongst their students a love of English, in all its guises.

We welcome applications from both experienced teachers as well as ECTs to teach in the Senior School from KS3 to A Level.
