We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our Junior School Learning Enrichment team. The Learning Enrichment Department plays a central role in supporting the school’s inclusive ethos, promoting neurodiversity, and enabling pupils to understand how they learn most effectively. You will work closely with teachers and the Head of Learning Enrichment to provide tailored support for pupils with additional needs from Reception to Year 6, both within the classroom and through small‑group or 1:1 provision.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusive education, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to support pupils’ academic and pastoral development.
