Position Overview
We are seeking to hire an ambitious Health Economist and Outcomes Researcher to join our growing and highly talented Health Economics team HEOR team as an Analyst, focusing on Patient-Reported Outcomes (PRO) and Preference Elicitation Studies. You will contribute to groundbreaking projects that influence healthcare decision‑making, advancing the understanding of patient perspectives and preferences to enhance value‑driven healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support a range of quantitative and qualitative health economics and outcomes research projects, including health valuation and utility measurement, analysis of outcomes data and development of patient‑reported outcome measures for our valued clients.
- Focus on patient‑reported outcome measurement and preference elicitation research.
Functional Technical Expertise
- Educational degree (such as MSc) in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Medical Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience, with a strong track record in PRO and preference elicitation studies.
- Knowledge of health economics and methodologies for the analysis of patient‑reported outcomes (e.g., utility measurement, analysis and development of patient‑reported outcome measures).
- Knowledge of methodologies for utility measurement, survey development, and psychometric validation.
- Understanding of statistical analysis, econometrics, and data interpretation.
- Project management skills.
- Good knowledge of statistical software packages (e.g., Stata, R).
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
Communication Skills
- Ability to clearly communicate technical issues.
