The candidate should have:
Previous experienceworking with children.Safeguarding andChild Protection knowledge. Be willing to undertakejob related training to include but not limited to Food Handling and Allergytraining.
The candidate will have the skills, knowledge and experience to:
- Ensurethe safety of pupils during the Breakfast Club; taking into account pupil ages,additional needs and behaviour.
- Arrangeage-appropriate activities for pupils.
- Besupportive, nurturing and understanding.
- Haveexcellent positive behaviour management skills.
- Ensureapplication of the school behaviour policy during this period, referringserious issues to the Head of School where applicable.
- Demonstrateexcellent communication skills.
- Be ableto lead and inspire a team.
