Deputy Head of School – Pastoral & Attendance Leader in Stowmarket

Pushforward Secondary School Ltd in Stowmarket is seeking an experienced senior leader to work with the Head of School, ensuring every learner is safe, supported and able to access education. The postholder will lead attendance and pastoral support, coordinate responses to escalating behaviour and deputise for the Head of School when needed, upholding a relational, trauma-informed approach.
