Push Gaming is a dynamic and innovative game development studio specialising in creating top-quality, mobile-optimised online casino games. With a passion for gaming and a commitment to pushing boundaries, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to players worldwide.

We are looking to hire the Head of Games, our new senior executive responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of the entire games portfolio, holding full P&L ownership for the game development division. This role drives commercial performance and creative excellence by overseeing the game development lifecycle, from concept and mathematics to delivery, performance analysis, and optimisation within the regulated gaming market.

Location: remote/hybrid in UK, Poland or Malta. Regular (monthly) travel to the UK.

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Financial & P&L Ownership: Own the full P&L for the games division, including revenue targets (GGR, NGR), direct operating costs (R&D, licensing, third-party content), and capital expenditures (CAPEX) for new game development. Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the portfolio, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize return on investment (ROI). Drive revenue growth and margin expansion through strategic decisions on game mathematics, volatility, and market distribution.
  • Strategy & Vision: Define and champion the long-term games roadmap and product strategy aligned with market trends, competitor analysis, and commercial goals.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire game portfolio, ensuring a balance between high-performing titles, innovative concepts, and market-specific regulatory compliance.
  • Creative & Product Leadership: Lead the creative and product teams (Game Designers, Mathematicians, Artists, Producers) to foster a culture of innovation, quality, and commercial viability.
  • Commercial Performance: Own the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the games portfolio, including revenue, player retention, and engagement metrics. Use data-driven insights to guide future development and optimize existing titles.
  • Operations & Delivery: Ensure efficient and timely delivery of games against the agreed-upon roadmap and budget, maintaining high standards of quality assurance and technical compliance.
  • Talent & Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing, cross-functional games team, promoting professional growth and strong collaboration.
  • Compliance & Regulation: Guarantee that all game designs, mathematics, and launches adhere strictly to the technical and regulatory requirements of all target jurisdictions.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Proven Experience: Significant senior-level experience (5+ years) in a games leadership role within the iGaming/slots provider sector.
  • Financial & P&L Mastery: Demonstrated success owning and managing a significant P&L, with a track record of achieving aggressive revenue and profitability targets.
  • Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of the commercial drivers in the slots market, including volatility, RTP management, player lifecycle, and bonus mechanics.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of slots mathematics, mechanics, R&D, and the game development pipeline.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and scaling large, multi-disciplinary, and geographically dispersed creative/technical teams.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Familiarity with major regulated iGaming markets (e.g., UKGC, MGA, NJDGE) and the technical standards required for game certification.
