Push Gaming is a dynamic and innovative game development studio specialising in creating top-quality, mobile-optimised online casino games. With a passion for gaming and a commitment to pushing boundaries, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to players worldwide. We are looking for a highly organised and results-driven Art Manager to join us, overseeing our art department's operational and administrative aspects. This role focuses on resource management, team performance, and ensuring the art department is equipped to meet project deadlines and goals.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, team leadership, and process optimisation, with an understanding of creative workflows and how to support artistic teams effectively.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in the UK, with travel into the office in Central London.

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with the art director, leads, and head of studios to manage the art team effectively.
  • Conduct performance reviews and foster career development for artists.
  • Collaborate with leads to review progress and ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
  • Oversee staffing decisions with Art Directors, Head of Animation and Head of Studios to align with short- and long-term department goals.
  • Ensure the team has the tools, software, and assets necessary to execute their work efficiently.
  • Support marketing and promotional efforts by coordinating the delivery of required visual assets.
  • Act as a central point of communication between the art team, producers, developers, and other stakeholders.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in PC, console, or mobile game development.
  • Familiarity with creative production pipelines and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Spine).
  • Proven ability to lead large art teams in dynamic production environments.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience balancing team resources with project goals and individual abilities.
  • Background in game art or content creation is beneficial.
  • Passion for gaming with experience across various genres.
