  • We are seeking an experienced

Technical Cyber Education & Awareness Manager to join the Cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

Application Security, Dev Sec Ops, or Identity & Access Management (IAM) and experience driving cybersecurity awareness and training programs for technical audiences such as developers, architects, and engineers.

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and enhancing cybersecurity education initiatives that strengthen secure development practices, improve security awareness, and reduce organizational cyber risk through data-driven learning strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cybersecurity education and awareness initiatives for software developers and other technical teams.
  • Design and deliver role-based cybersecurity training programs for developers, architects, engineers, and technical professionals.
  • Enhance existing secure development training and expand learning programs to broader technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Engineering, Dev Ops, IAM, Application Security, Vulnerability Management, and CTO teams to identify training needs.
  • Analyze security incidents, vulnerabilities, and engineering metrics to develop effective learning solutions.
  • Measure training effectiveness using KPIs such as reduced vulnerabilities, faster remediation, and fewer security incidents.
  • Evaluate and implement third-party cybersecurity training platforms and learning solutions.
  • Promote a security-first culture by supporting enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
  • Mandatory Skills
  • Strong experience in

Cybersecurity Education, Awareness, or Security Enablement .

Identity & Access Management (IAM) .

  • Strong understanding of

Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) .

  • Knowledge of common application security vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10, secure coding practices, etc.).
  • Experience working with software developers, architects, and engineering teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience designing measurable learning and training programs.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision‑making skills.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or cybersecurity training platforms.
  • Experience managing third‑party training vendors.
  • Background in Change Management or Technical Transformation.
  • Familiarity with engineering metrics, vulnerability management, and incident analysis.
  • Knowledge of multiple programming languages and associated security risks.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Application Security, Dev Sec Ops, or IAM.
  • Experience transitioning from a hands‑on engineering role into cybersecurity enablement, education, or transformation.
  • Proven success delivering enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness programs. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence senior technical stakeholders and drive organizational security culture.
