Job Description

  • Required Support Scope
    • Kamailio and PJSIP
    • Contractual software support obligations including:
      • Consultancy support and SME review
      • Incident support and RCA support
      • Patching and bugfix support
      • Vulnerability remediation support
      • Upgrade and version lifecycle support
      • Monitoring and operational best practice guidance
      • Performance and resilience guidance
      • Governance participation
      • Documentation and knowledge transfer
      • Exit and transition support

Kamailio Specific Requirements

  • SIP routing logic and routing behaviour analysis
  • Dispatcher and failover guidance
  • Load balancing and resiliency patterns
  • SIP header handling and protocol behaviour analysis
  • Troubleshooting routing failures, loop scenarios, failover behaviour and interoperability issues
  • Configuration review for high availability and multinode deployment
  • Best practice guidance for reload config refresh behaviour
  • Analysis of configuration change impacts across clustered nodes
  • Integration support with upstream and downstream SIP platforms
  • Customer specific routing, proxying and operational runbook review

PJSIP Specific Requirements

  • SIP stack behaviour and interoperability analysis
  • SIPREC-related integration support where PJSIP is part of the voice transcription chain
