We are looking for an experienced Lead Enterprise Engineer / Architect to join a growing Cybersecurity Technology & Engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving engineering excellence, automation, continuous improvement, and secure integration practices across enterprise environments. This role requires a highly skilled engineering professional with strong expertise in cybersecurity engineering, DevSecOps practices, enterprise architecture, and engineering transformation initiatives. The candidate should be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, improve engineering standards, and support modernization efforts.
The Cybersecurity Technology & Engineering function is responsible for delivering solutions that protect business operations, customers, partners, and employees from evolving cyber threats. The team works closely with engineering and technology groups to implement scalable, adaptive, and secure engineering capabilities. The Engineering Excellence and Enablement team focuses on improving enterprise engineering standards, automation practices, integration capabilities, and overall engineering maturity across multiple teams. The selected candidate will contribute to building and enhancing engineering excellence practices while driving improvements in DevSecOps, automation, and service integration.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and support engineering excellence initiatives across cybersecurity and enterprise engineering teams.
- Drive consistency, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve DevSecOps capabilities and integration processes.
- Design and implement scalable enterprise integration and cybersecurity engineering solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to modernize existing platforms and services.
- Evaluate and optimize engineering workflows, deployment pipelines, and operational processes.
- Support proof-of-concepts, engineering enhancements, and new feature development.
- Promote engineering best practices and help improve engineering maturity across teams.

- Strong experience in Enterprise Engineering and Solution Architecture.
