- 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or a related role.
- Good understanding of Business Analysis and SDLC concepts.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills.
- Good understanding of databases and data structures.
- Experience with Excel and data analysis.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts.
- Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) is an advantage.
