Position: Dynamics 365 CE Developer – contract, Hybrid, London, England, UK.
We’re seeking an experienced D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate specializes in designing and developing Dynamics 365 CE solutions to address business challenges and optimise customer relationship management processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, analyse requirements, and propose innovative solutions that maximise the value of CRM.
- Configure and customise CRM applications to meet client‑specific needs, utilising in‑depth technical knowledge and expertise.
- Hands‑on Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development on customer implementations.
- Lead CRM system integration projects with existing systems and services.
Experience & Background
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CE (CRM Online 2013, 2015, 2016 or 365).
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Dataverse and Common Data Model (CDM).
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
