We are seeking a SDLC Delivery Manager to lead a strategic initiative aimed at elevating Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) maturity across key development areas, including APIs, design patterns, and self-healing automation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of software delivery for a leading financial services client.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead SDLC enhancement by assessing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to drive maturity.

* Oversee the planning and execution of SDLC improvement initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

* Work closely with development and operations teams to optimize workflows and embed new processes, particularly in API development and automation.

* Collaborate with key business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

* Identify potential risks in SDLC processes and implement mitigation strategies.

* Stay ahead of industry trends and drive a culture of continuous SDLC enhancement.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in technical delivery management, with a strong focus on SDLC improvement.

* Expertise in software development methodologies, tools, and best practices, particularly in APIs and automation.

* Strong track record of leading complex transformation projects, with proficiency in Agile methodologies.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

* Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to process improvement.
