- 10 years of commercial software engineering experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Databricks experience, including Databricks Scheduler
- Knowledge of the State Street Alpha Data Platform
- Experience working with Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS), specifically integration via the CRIMS API
- Investment management experience, including both business functions and data domains
- Ability to analyze and help define requirements
- Pragmatic approach to applying solutions
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
