We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and highly skilled Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care while maintaining professional standards and ensuring the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with clinical guidelines.
- Monitor patients' conditions and accurately document clinical observations.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, allied healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and professional standards.

Essential Requirements
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC Pin).
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Good knowledge of UK healthcare standards and clinical governance.

Desirable Qualifications
