We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and highly skilled Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care while maintaining professional standards and ensuring the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with clinical guidelines.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and accurately document clinical observations.
  • Work collaboratively with doctors, allied healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and professional standards.
  • Adhere to infection prevention and control policies.
  • Promote patient safety, confidentiality, and safeguarding practices.
  • Participate in clinical audits, training, and continuous professional development.

Essential Requirements

  • Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC Pin).
  • Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Good knowledge of UK healthcare standards and clinical governance.
  • Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous NHS or UK Residential Care Home/ Nursing Home healthcare experience.
