Supported medication, meals and daily living activities. 4. Monitored vital signs and responded to emergencies. 5. Implemented care plans and coordinated with healthcare professionals. Required Documents & Eligibility Criteria- * Enhanced DBS registered with the DBS Update Service. * Practical Moving & Handling Certificate (CSTF and CPD accredited). * Minimum 12 months of UK work experience as a Carer/Support Worker. * At least two valid and active employment references
