We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and highly skilled Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care while maintaining professional standards and ensuring the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of patients. Key Responsibilities * Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care. * Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with clinical guidelines. * Monitor patients' conditions and accurately document clinical observations. * Work collaboratively with doctors, allied healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams. * Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatments, and discharge plans. * Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions. * Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and professional standards. * Adhere to infection prevention and control policies. * Promote patient safety, confidentiality, and safeguarding practices. * Participate in clinical audits, training, and continuous professional development. Essential Requirements * Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC Pin). * Degree or Diploma in Nursing. * Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. * Good knowledge of UK healthcare standards and clinical governance. * Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach. Desirable Qualifications * Previous NHS or UK Residential Care Home/ Nursing Home healthcare experience.
