Purus Healthcare is hiring Kitchen Assistant for Residential Care Homes! Job Description * Washing, peeling and preparing food ingredients * Using equipment such as mixers, special knives and cutters * Reviewing kitchen inventory and determining what items are needed * Unloading fresh supplies and organising the stockroom * Checking sell-by dates and rotating food stock * Cleaning kitchen appliances, ovens, dishes and pans * Observing cooking times and correct temperatures Requirements * International Passport * Share Code/eVisa * Enhanced DBS (Updated services) * Updated CV * Up-to-date Training Certificates (CSTF – Health & Safety, Food Hygiene – Level 1) * Bank Statement ( Account number and Sort code should be visible) * Minimum Two Written References * National Insurance Document/BRP Back Part where the NI Number is Visible * A clear standard picture of yours (For Profile) * Next of Kin Name and Number * COS document (if you are a Skilled Worker visa holder) / Term Letter (if you are a Student Visa holder) * Proof of English Proficiency Certificate * Full UK Driving License (If any) Important: You will be contacted only when shifts are available, and bookings will depend on your interest and availability
