Responsibilities:
- Manage security systems and equipment effectively
- Educate staff on security awareness topics like Tailgating, scams, social engineering, Visitor escorts, etc.
- Take the lead on additional projects when needed
- Maintain relationships with security related vendors under the guidance of the EMEA Safety and Security manager, as well as with premises and landlords
- Investigate and address security incidents promptly
- Keep up to date with the latest security threats and trends
- Supervise security guards and receptionists in their daily duties
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
- Prepare and update security reports for management
- Support EMEA Safety and Security management in tracking and ensuring all regional Security and Reception personnel receive mandatory training updates
- Assist the Global Security Events team in planning and executing security events in EMEA as required

Requirements For Security Operations Coordinator:
- You hold either an SIA or CP Licence
- Skilled in using Google Sheets
- You must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- You have experience in delivering security training to staff
- Proficient in communication, including written, spoken, and interpersonal skills
- 3+ years of experience in a Security supervisor role or Security coordination related field
- You must be able to pass a background check
- Experienced in conducting security awareness training sessions and drills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Has a background in responding to security incidents
- You have knowledge of security threats and trends
- Effective organisational and time management capabilities
- Previous involvement in Events Security management
- You are capable of working well within a team environment
- Microsoft Office package: 3 years (required)
