Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Weekly rotation between 6am-1pm and 1pm-8pm

Please note, due to the shift pattern, unless you live in Witham, you must be a car driver as public transport does not align with the shift patterns for this role.

You don't need any previous experience in this industry - full training will be provided, including forklift training if required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic from a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or similar hands-on background who is looking to build a long-term career with a genuinely supportive employer.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Receiving and moving deliveries (chemicals, consumables) into the main stores

  • Supporting wider logistics activities, including use of the company van

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Basic IT and numeracy skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Physically fit and flexible with working hours, including occasional weekends
  • A forklift licence is desirable but not essential - training is available
  • No experience in a similar industry is required - this role is ideal for candidates coming from a warehouse, manufacturing, or production background - or those looking for a physical role.

Why Apply?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global organisation known for investing in its people, with genuine opportunities for training and development in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You'll be joining a supportive and inclusive team where your contribution is valued from day one.

Additional Notes:

Please mention your location in your CV. Applications without location details may experience delays in processing. Due to the shift pattern and public transport restrictions, you must reside in Witham if you are not a car driver.

Only applicants with UK residency and full visa status will be considered. Applications from those outside of the UK will not be shortlisted. If you plan to relocate, please mention this in your CV or cover letter.
