Are you a Finance Assistant with 2/3 years+ experience looking for their next role? Our client, a well-established and fast-growing organisation is seeking a Finance Assistant to join their busy Finance team. This role is full-time and based 5 days a week in the office. This is a varied, hands-on role covering data entry, ledger management, and reconciliation work across a number of companies within the Group, using Sage200 Professional. Please note, this role is based in Witham but you will need to be a car driver to reach our client's offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Downloading and reviewing sales invoices from the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Coding and posting sales and purchase invoices to Sage200
  • Managing the purchase invoice inbox and chasing invoice authorisations with department heads
