About the Role:
- As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in driving new business, developing strong relationships with clients across multiple sectors, and sourcing top-tier talent across Essex, London, Suffolk - and the UK.
- This position offers the freedom to manage your own pipeline, with autonomy over new client relationships and candidate management.
- This role will also manage an established desk with a strong pool of client relationships to grow and build alongside new business.
- This is an important aspect of the role and will enable you to start earning from the moment you step into the position.
- You will be working in a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days per week.
