This role is site based, you will be in Witham - and will cover multiple buildings based next to each other. You will be the first point of call for staff to report maintenance issues, and will oversee the day to day operations of the site, including equipment inspections and preventive maintenance, routine repairs and equipment upgrades and to maintain maintenance logs and reports. You will be a DIY expert, someone who can fix, problem solve and who has a good attention to detail. Experience with plumbing, electricity, basic carpentry - all of it will come in use.
