About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Multi-Skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our client's facilities team in Witham. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll play a key part in maintaining the site, buildings and equipment, ensuring operations run safely and efficiently while minimising downtime. Working across a rotating early and late shift pattern, you'll carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and general site maintenance, supporting both production and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve building and equipment issues.
