About the Role – Account Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrator to support key financial processes, reporting, and internal projects. This is a great opportunity for an Account Administrator looking to develop within a dynamic finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to strict deadlines
- Support financial close processes and reporting
- Maintain and update procedures
- Monitor shared mailboxes and manage queries
- Assist with process improvements and projects
Finance Duties
- Process invoices, expenses, and transactions
- Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations
- Manage multi-currency transactions
- Support VAT returns and compliance
- Assist with month-end and year-end processes
- Prepare journals and financial reports
- Support audits and documentation
- Contribute to financial reporting
What We’re Looking For
