About Our Client

Role Overview
As a Supply Planner, you will oversee relationships with third-party partners, managing performance, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align third-party strategy with business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive projects for new third-party partnerships and SKU setup
- Establish comprehensive timing plans for assigned projects, ensuring delivery within agreed deadlines
- Confirm agreements with third parties that align with project objectives, budget, and timeline
- Communicate effectively with third parties and internal stakeholders to monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide feedback
- Evaluate the performance and quality of third parties, ensuring compliance with company standards and expectations
- Identify and mitigate risks and challenges that may arise from third-party collaborations
- Provide support and guidance to third parties and internal teams to foster collaboration and trust
- Support demand planning and forecasting processes
- Assist the department head with data analysis, report creation, and project work
- Carry out additional duties as required to fulfill business needs
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Solid understanding of third-party management best practices
- MPS & MRP knowledge
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong Excel proficiency and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Effective team player with a collaborative approach
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Co-Packing operations
- Experience with JD Edwards or other ERP systems
