Title: Shopper Executive Location: Remote; with occassional Visits to office in Romford/East London and third parties as required, flexibility is key. You must be a car driver for this role. Whilst this is a remote role you will need to travel regularly to out clietns office. Salary: £30,000 Experience Required: 1-2 years within Shopper Marketing / FMCG or retail marketing in a similar role We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients; a leading brand in the FMCG industry. Our client is looking for a Shopper Marketing Executive, based in Romford. This is a remote position but you must be flexible to attend meetings in the office and with clients when required; therefore being a car driver is essential for this role. Shopper Marketing Executive Join our client\'s team as a Shopper Marketing Team to assist in the creation and execution of compelling in-store promotional materials that drive sales and enhance customer experience. The role requires a creative, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Key Responsibilities: * Driving further development of shopper and e-commerce initiatives. * Increasing engagement with trade partners. * Delivering market-leading shopper campaigns. * Developing insights via research, campaign analysis, and industry reports, translating these into actionable plans to maximise return on investment. Day to Day * Support the development and implementation of shopper marketing plans, ensuring alignment with category vision, brand strategy, and individual retailer/channel objectives. * Deliver best-in-class online and mobile optimisation, adhering to platform guidelines and maintaining content through platforms such as Brandbank. * Analyse shopper and .com campaigns, gathering insights and learning\'s to inform future planning. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailer media contacts and key stakeholders. * Identify and implement cross-category collaborations and drive brand visibility during key events. * Work closely with agencies and third-party suppliers on shopper-focused campaigns, content creation, and delivery. * Track competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy. * Build an external network to bring fresh insights and ideas into the business What We\'re Looking For: FMCG, Retail or fast-paced environment experience (1-2 years) Marketing degree or equivalent experience Passion for in-store marketing and POS materials Strong communication skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Ability to work to deadlines in a dynamic environment Customer-focused mindset with commercial awareness Location & Travel This role is home-based, with regular travel required to: * Office locations near Dagenham * Team and retailer meetings * Agency and third-party supplier meetings Company Benefits: - Holidays: 25 days (increasing to 28 days with service). - Additional Leave: Up to 10 extra days for long service milestones. - Pension: Group personal pension with 4% company contribution. - Life Cover: 3 x salary paid to your nominated beneficiary. - Maternity Pay: Occupational maternity pay plus SMP. - Accident Cover: Disability compensation payment. - Health & Wellbeing: BUPA & BUPA cash plan (individual or family). - Recognition: Employee Star Award. - Lunches & Drinks: Free lunch every day (valued at £700) + free drinks. - Social: Heavily subsidised sports & social events + annual company BBQ. - Annual Flu Vaccination: Provided for all employees.
