Overview
Working on behalf of our client – a reputable name in the construction industry – we are recruiting an experienced Accounts Manager based in Chelmsford. The role requires previous experience in a similar position and strong people skills.
Working Hours & Salary
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 5.00 pm.
Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 per annum.
Vehicle Requirement
A valid car driving licence is required as the client’s location is outside the city centre.
Knowledge
- Proficient use of computer hardware and software, with strong knowledge of Sage Line 50, Sage Payroll, Sage CIS module, and Excel.
- Previous experience in account management.
- Experience with VAT returns, CIS returns, payroll RTI and all other HMRC processes.
- Experience in payroll and workplace pension administration.
- Experience with NatWest Bankline is an advantage but not required.

- Capability to create, develop and maintain relationships with both clients and staff members.
