Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time Onsite, Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

Salary: 26,000 - 29,000

Job Overview:

Full training provided for those with strong attention to detail. If you are not located within Braintree, you must drive for this position. You will work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure product release is to customer and international regulatory (EN AS 9100) requirements. Report any quality issues, ensuring the Quality Management System is adhered to at all stages.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be provided training to be able to:
  • Review documentation works order, FAIR, special customer requirements to ensure robust traceability and to also ensure customer / 9100 release conformance
  • Investigate any quality issues to identify root cause and raise appropriate corrective action paperwork and ensure issues are addressed and resolved.
  • Product verification: Ensure component conformance both dimensionally and visually by using inspection equipment including but not exhaustive, CMM, Keyance, Vici, shadow graph projector, micrometer, bore micrometer, etc.
  • Quality Clinic: Be fully conversant with all aspects of the Quality Clinic.
  • Be able to ensure that robust and effective containment of reported issues to prevent escapes to customer/s.
  • Efficiently complete practical problem-solving activities
  • Ensure that all work is recorded on the ERP (Match-It system)
  • Be aware and work to achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
  • Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies
  • Undertake special projects as required.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks required
