Learning and Development Lead We re recruiting on behalf of a well-established Essex-based charity, who are looking for a passionate and proactive Learning ll play a key role in shaping how their people learn and grow - leading on training strategy, mandatory compliance training, and management development across the whole organisation.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves designing and delivering great training, building relationships with managers and stakeholders, and using data to keep improving what s on offer.
You ll work closely with the Associate Director of People ll be doing - Learning and Development Lead Identifying skills gaps and future workforce needs across the organisation, and building training strategies to address them.
Leading the design, delivery and evaluation of engaging training for employees at all levels.
Overseeing mandatory and compliance training, including monitoring completion rates and producing reports for the Senior Leadership Team.
