What you'll do
- Manage the entire customer journey, ensuring a smooth process from order initiation to fulfillment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing or product-focused sector.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Skills & tools
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus.
