We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Resourcer to join our team on a temporary basis with an immediate start. This is initially a 2-month assignment, with the potential to be extended for the right candidate. Please note that this role will span the summer period; if you have a holiday booked between now and the end of August, you will not be able to fulfil this role.
This opportunity would suit a confident, outgoing individual who can take full ownership of candidate management and thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. You will ideally have a minimum of 1 year's experience within recruitment or human resources and be comfortable sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates from day one.
Key Responsibilities- Screening candidates and matching them to suitable vacancies.
- Sourcing applicants from databases and job boards.
- Contacting candidates via telephone and email to discuss opportunities and arrange interviews.
- Acting as the first point of contact for job advert enquiries.
- Proactively making outbound calls to candidates and potential contacts.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients.
- Responding to general recruitment enquiries.
- Arranging and conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews.
- Generating leads and referrals while developing strong professional relationships.
- Supporting the wider recruitment team with candidate management and administration.
- Minimum 1 year of resourcing or recruitment experience either within agency or HR - ESSENTIAL
- Previous job board sourcing experience.
- LinkedIn sourcing experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A positive, team-oriented approach.
- Good IT and administrative skills.
