35,000 - 40,000 per annum Pro-rata (21 hours a week). Hours can be flexible either 3 full days a week or 4 hours a day for 5 days a week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
  • Process sales and purchase invoices using Xero software
  • Print and file invoices
  • Produce Management Accounts
  • Manage Weekly and Monthly payroll

You must possess excellent organisational and time management skills.

Previous experience in an administrative and financial role is essential.

Attention to detail and strong data analysis abilities are essential.

A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are crucial.

Excellent communication skills are required.

Previous experience working with clients and customers, delivering a quality service at all times.

AAT Qualified is essential.
