Pursue PR is looking for an organised, creative and enthusiastic Junior Account Manager / Account Manager to support the team and day-to-day running of a busy boutique agency. This role is social-first, with PR playing a key supporting role, so we’re looking for someone who is as comfortable planning content and managing social channels while also feeling confident in pitching to press.

Pursue PR represents a diverse group of aspirational interior brands, and our services span PR, influencer marketing, social media, events and content creation. The team works flexibly between home and London, so the candidate must be willing to travel into London for weekly team days, client meetings and events.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the day-to-day running of multiple client accounts across PR and social
  • Leading the development and execution of social media strategies for client accounts
  • Planning and managing monthly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest
  • Writing engaging, on-brand captions and overseeing all copy across social channels
  • Briefing, creating and overseeing content including Reels, TikToks, Stories and static posts
  • Attending and supporting on shoots to capture social content where needed
  • Managing day-to-day posting, scheduling and channel upkeep
  • Community management - responding to comments, DMs and engaging with relevant audiences
  • Monitoring performance and optimising content based on insights and analytics
  • Producing monthly social reports with clear insights, learnings and recommendations
  • Staying ahead of trends and proactively bringing new ideas, formats and opportunities to clients
  • Working closely with influencers and creators on content collaborations and campaigns
PR Responsibilities
  • Supporting the running of the PR press office, including:
  • Writing press releases for launches and brand moments
  • Pitching to media and securing coverage
  • Managing media requests, interviews and sample send-outs
  • Building and nurturing relationships with press, influencers and industry contacts
  • Identifying opportunities where PR and social can work together for maximum impact
  • Monitoring coverage and contributing to monthly reporting
  • Identifying valuable industry insights and sharing these with both clients and the team
