We are a leading gym wear brand founded in 2013. We’re looking for a creative, hands-on designer to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This is a varied role for someone who can confidently manage all creative output across ads, email, website, app, and organic social content. You’ll work closely with the wider team to bring campaigns, products, and ideas to life across multiple channels. This role would suit someone who is equally comfortable editing paid social ads, designing campaign and launch graphics, creating Klaviyo email assets, and building Figma concepts for website and app experiences.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong working knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro / wider Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong working knowledge of Figma
- Experience in using AI creative tools and platforms
- Ability to edit both static and video content to a high standard
- Experience creating content for paid social ads and organic social channels
- Experience creating assets and layouts for Klaviyo email campaigns
- Understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- UX/UI understanding with the ability to create Figma concepts for web and app design
- Understanding of Shopify creative asset requirements
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple creative tasks at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
- Experience working as a Graphic Designer for an ecommerce-first retail brand
- Confident working autonomously and managing creative responsibilities independently following onboarding period

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and create graphics and visual assets across all digital channels, marketing campaigns, and product launches
- Edit image and video content for paid ads, organic social and marketing campaigns
- Design and create Klaviyo email content
- Create and maintain Figma designs for new website and app concepts
- Assist with image editing, retouching, and creative optimisation
- Work closely with the wider team to improve content performance
- Use AI tools to improve workflows, efficiency, and creative output
- Manage creative projects independently and take ownership of day-to-day design output
- Help maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints
