Purser Support is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced purser to join our team. The role will cover the full scope of yacht purser responsibilities, supporting our clients across their day-to-day operational and administrative requirements.

We’re looking for someone who has worked as a purser before and understands the demands of the industry, who takes real pride in delivering work to a consistently high standard. Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who is personable, approachable and enjoys building strong relationships with captains and crew. At Purser Support, we work as an extension of the onboard team, so being able to build trust and become a valued part of each yacht’s operation is an important part of the role.

What we’re looking for:

  • Based in the UK, Europe or South Africa
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a yacht purser
  • Strong knowledge across all purser duties
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Personable and approachable
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Professional, discreet and dependable

A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a yacht purser is essential. Please only apply if you meet this requirement.
