They partner with a wide range of organisations to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions that streamline operations and support long‑term growth. As part of their continued expansion, they are now looking for an experienced Oracle Application Developer to join their team.
The Role
They are seeking a skilled Oracle Application Developer with experience across Oracle CX Sales, ERP, Finance, and HR modules. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external customers to design, develop, and implement customised Oracle solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle applications across CX Sales, ERP, Finance, and HR modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
- Customise and extend Oracle applications using Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL, OAF, and BI Publisher.
- Ensure seamless integration between modules while maintaining system integrity, performance, and security.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and end‑user training to ensure successful solution adoption.
- Participate in testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with Oracle technologies and recommend enhancements where appropriate.
Skills & Experience Required
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
- Minimum 3 years hands‑on Oracle application development experience.
- Strong proficiency with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, OAF, and/or Oracle SOA Suite (advantageous).
- Strong understanding of Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) customisation and extensions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
Desirable
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion).
- Oracle professional certifications.
