Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver business-critical, high-visibility technology solutions from concept through to manufacturing handover. This role involves managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced technical environment, supporting mission-critical customer applications across global markets. You will be accountable for delivering projects to time, cost, and quality, while leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement in project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver complex, high-visibility technology projects to agreed schedules and budgets.
- Lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
- Plan, manage, and lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Facilitate and manage key project ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to defined project management processes and governance.
- Embed quality into all aspects of project delivery.
- Build and sustain high-performing teams with strong morale and operational efficiency.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in an engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Recognised project management certification (e.g., SAFe, IPMA, APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years experience leading complex development projects in multi-disciplinary environments.
- Strong experience using Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing embedded, platform, and application software projects.
- Knowledge of software configuration management and continuous integration workflows.
- Understanding of hardware/software integration and interdependencies.
