Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Negotiator based in London. You will be responsible for driving occupancy across commercial workspaces. The role involves client engagement, deal negotiation, leasing activity, and ongoing relationship management with tenants, brokers, and landlords. You will play a key role in the full leasing lifecycle from initial enquiry through to contract completion and tenant onboarding while ensuring strong pipeline management and consistent achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Leasing (Primary)
- Handling enquiries, qualifying leads, and booking and conducting viewings
- Following up and progressing deals; preparing quotes and Heads of Terms
- Maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline and reporting weekly activity
- Coordinating move-ins
- Supporting local lead generation (portals, signage, outreach)
- Maintaining tenant files (KYC, onboarding, insurance, RAMS where required)
- Issuing template licences/leases and supporting renewals or variations
- Tracking key dates (breaks, expiries, reviews, notices, deposits)
- Building relationships with brokers and supporting listings/marketing across all platforms
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Lettings, with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships (phone, email, and in-person viewings)
- Discreet and reliable with sensitive information
- A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also solving issues independently.
