Purpose Group designs and operates dynamic workspaces and event venues tailored to the needs of startups, creative teams, and established businesses. With locations across London's most unique buildings, we offer studios, bespoke suites, and flexible office spaces that grow with your business.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Negotiator based in London. You will be responsible for driving occupancy across commercial workspaces. You will play a key role in the full leasing lifecycle from initial enquiry through to contract completion and tenant onboarding while ensuring strong pipeline management and consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline and reporting weekly activity
- Supporting local lead generation (portals, signage, outreach)
- Maintaining tenant files (KYC, onboarding, insurance, RAMS where required)
- Building relationships with brokers and supporting listings/marketing across all platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships (phone, email, and in-person viewings).
Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum, plus commission.
Flexible working hours.
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate sales.
