We are looking for a superstar Brand Manager! Reporting into the Marketing Lead, the Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the brand identities, voices, strategies and market presence of brands across the Purpose Driven Foods portfolio, while having sole responsibility for one of our super exciting new brands.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Brand Positioning: Identify and reach target audiences, identify market trends, and competitor positioning. Define and refine the brand's positioning to resonate with consumers and differentiate our brands in the market.
  • Brand Activation: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, product trial and engagement. Implement initiatives to activate the brand through partnerships, events, and sponsorships.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on brand strategies and messaging. Provide guidance on product packaging, labelling, and overall presentation to ensure brand consistency.
  • Creative Development: Create visual and written content to communicate the brand story effectively. Work with external agencies and internal creative teams to develop impactful and on‐brand materials.
  • Social Media & Digital Presence: Manage the brand presence on social media platforms, creating engaging content and fostering community engagement with our target audiences and groups. Collaborate with internal and external digital marketing teams/agencies to optimise online visibility and customer interaction. Monitor online trends and incorporate relevant strategies to enhance the brand's digital presence. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to optimise our e-commerce strategy using CRM tools.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and analyse key performance indicators to measure the success and ROI of brand initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in marketing roles within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in community building directly or indirectly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective brand strategies from scratch.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media trends.
